We ship to Canada through UPS Canada Service.

Damaged Shipments

On rear occasions, shipments may be subject to damage while in route.  If you happen to receive a package that is clearly damaged, let us know immediately. The process is simple:

  1. If you receive a package that has been damaged during shipping, please DO NOT ACCEPT THE DAMAGED PACKAGE(s).
  2. If you have already accepted the package, please take a few pictures of the damaged box and its contents (if applicable). Pictures are the most important proof of the damage.
  3. Call the Carrier Claims department and report the damage as the Receiver or file a claim online. They will send your delivery driver the next day to inspect the package and contents.
  4. Please DO NOT try to install, repair or modify the damaged wheel in any way.
  5. Call us to report the damage. We will issue a Return Authorization and try to immediately ship a replacement item for you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The delivery driver, at his/her discretion, may choose to leave the package(s) at the door or on your porch. We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery of the package.

You will receive a tracking number and a link for your shipment once it has left our warehouse. We strongly recommend that you check the tracking status of your shipment periodically to make sure someone will be present to receive the package(s) upon delivery.  If you have any questions regarding the tracking information given to you or your package shows delivered and you can’t find it, please contact your local carrier's office for assistance and notify us.

You, as the receiver, are responsible for reporting lost or stolen shipments to the carrier.

RETURN POLICY

Returns

We know that there are times when you need to return an item. We understand. We are a family-owned and operated business that strives for your complete satisfaction. For this, we have developed an accelerated return method.

  • We have a 30-Day Return policy.
  • Wheel returns and exchanges must be recorded within this 30-day period. Returns and exchanged lodged after the 30-day window will NOT be valid.
  • INSPECT your purchased wheels upon receipt and BEFORE installation. If you see any damage to the shipping box, please inspect carefully and if possible, take pictures of the damage to submit to the carrier.
  • In the unlikely case the order is erroneous, incomplete or damaged, please notify us within 72 hrs of receiving the package(s).
  • To return rims or car accessories just contact us to OBTAIN AN RMA (Return Material Authorization).

To start a Return go to the "Returns" page in the Customer Service section. You will be asked to select which items in the order you are returning, the reason for the return, your desired outcome, and any additional comments you may want to include.

INSTALLED, MOUNTED OR USED ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE

There are conditions that will apply to a responsible return. These are listed below.

  • Wheels that have been used, installed, mounted or damaged are not returnable.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges derived from or related to the wheel return or exchange.
  • There is a 15% Restocking for returned items.
  • Special orders, custom finishes and On Sale items are sold as “Final Sale” and are not returnable or refundable.

We are also human, and you can rest assured that if we make a mistake, we will correct it as fast and expeditious as possible. For this reason, we will survey any claim and take in consideration all solutions within the following parameters:

  • We’ve sent you auto parts that are different from the one you’ve ordered.
  • Should the parts sustain damage during shipping.
  • If the parts are defective or do not fit the intended vehicle, the vehicle the part was made for.
  • Parts must remain uninstalled, unmounted and unused as above.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR OEM WHEELS

OEMwheels.forsale (“OEM Wheels”), distributes a variety of new, remanufactured and reconditioned car and truck wheels and wheel accessories through its company and its network of affiliates. In compliance with the laws of the state where the wheel was purchased, OEM Wheels issues this limited lifetime warranty to define the rights of the purchaser regarding warranty claims.

WHAT IS COVERED

OEM Wheels warrants that our wheels will be free from structural failure, materials under normal and intended use for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the vehicle on which the wheel is installed. OEM Wheels at its own and exclusive discretion under this warranty is limited to, replacement, repair or refund the purchase price of the wheel. Claims must be supported by proof of purchase and shall cover the original purchaser or the business installing the wheel.

  • ONE YEAR WARRANTY – Chrome plated aluminum wheels

In case OEM Wheels determines that the part must be replaced, the original part must be returned to OEM Wheels or one of their warehouses to obtain the replacement part. This warranty is valid only for listed fitment application and applies to vehicles registered and normally operated in the United States and Canada.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not apply to normal worn parts, damage resulting from road hazards, gravel, debris, adjustments or damage caused by misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, accident, abnormal operation, improper installation, damage or structural failure occurred as a result of an accident or any conditions that cause failure to the vehicle’s warning devices, or alteration or removal of the wheel.

Warranty does not include costs associated with part removal, installation, or consequential damages, transportation or shipping charges, inconvenience, loss of time, loss of use, towing charges, car rentals or any other incidental charges.

OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS WARRANTY, THERE ARE NO EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO OEM WHEELS REPRESENTATIVE HAS THE AUTHORITY TO MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR PROMISES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THOSE STATED HERE.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. Some rights may vary in accordance to the state or province where the original purchaser is located.
